Course Terms & Conditions

Enrolment

• A place is secured only once a deposit or full payment has been received.

• We reserve the right to decline applications where appropriate.

Fees & Payments

• All fees must be paid in full by the final module.

• Payment plans are binding for the full course duration.

• Missed payments may result in temporary suspension from training.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the start date may receive a refund of fees paid (excluding deposit).

• No refunds are available once the course has started.

• Deferrals may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Attendance

• Full attendance is expected.

• If a weekend is missed, catch-up options may be available but are not guaranteed.

Qualification

• Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all assessments and payments.

• Practical competence and portfolio submission are required.

Professional Conduct

• Students must act ethically and respectfully.

• Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

Scope of Practice

• This training does not qualify graduates to diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions.

• Graduates must practise within ethical guidelines and refer where appropriate.
