The amount of sessions that you need will depend on the progress that you make. Where some clients are happy to stop therapy after 8 - 10 sessions, some take a little longer, some a little less. 

Initial Consultation- This session is where we meet and discuss the concerns that you have. I will explain why you may be feeling like you do and what I can do to help you. If you chose to carry on with our work together, you will recieve a recording to listen to each night to begin the process. This I provide Free of Charge

Evening Sessions are £70 and last 1 hour

Daytime sessions are £65 on Mondays< wednesdays and Thursdays 9am -  4pm 

Pre Payment of 6 sessions £390

Pre Payment of 10 Sessions £600

Discounts available for NHS, Blue Light workers, Teachers and children under 16

Daytime Smoking Cessation has a one off cost of £195

Terms and Conditions

Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. It is important to arrive a few minutes early to allow sessions to start on time as I am unable add extra time at the end of the session if I have a client booked in after your session.

Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy have a very high success rate, but results cannot be guaranteed. The process needs to be followed outside of sessions which includes listening to the supplied recording.  Hypnosis will be used within the process and will be fully explained at our first meeting. By booking in for sessions, you are consesnting to these terms. 

Payments for all sessions is taken in advance. All major credit cards can be accepted.
